How do I return an item?
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in original, unopened condition back to us within 365 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your return. That’s 1 full year! We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to worry about returns. Have left over boxes you purchased from us that are still factory sealed?
If it’s within 365
days of delivery, you can return them to us for full refund!

With our 365 day Crazy Awesome Return Policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging.
We do not accept returns on single cards. However, if you are not satisfied with the condition of a single you receive, we will gladly exchange the single. To exchange a single, please contact us at email@example.com.

If there is any mistake with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for the mistakes to be taken care of at our expense, and issue a full return for any product you mistakenly received.
Refunds are issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
