You come home from work. It’s been a damn long day. You’re absolutely worn out. You close the door, set down your backpack or whatever, and step into the kitchen. And there s/he is, wearing the loveliest outfit: your beloved partner of whatever sex you prefer. S/he’s smiling at you, holding a freshly baked dessert of whatever kind you most desire. S/he’s in great shape, s/he got perfect hair, there’s even a cute little smudge of flour on his/her left cheek. But that’s not what you notice first! What you notice first is your precious booster packs, sitting on the kitchen counter. All you have been thinking all day at your cubicle is to go home and OPEN those glorious boosters. You know! You know, today is the day you will open Tezzeret. So that’s exactly what you did… The unthinkable… You walked past by your beloved partner who’s standing there holding your said freshly baked dessert, and *gasp* grabbed the booster packs and then… smile…
Ten seconds after you realize what you just did! Your beloved partner of whatever sex you prefer is staring at you in tears. Your freshly baked dessert of whatever you desire is on the floor, faced down. You know you are in deep s*it. It WAS an accident and you know it. You also know he/she DOES not agree with you on this one. What do you DO!?
“I heard Crazy Timmy is in trouble. You know that tiny beat-up game store, honey. I was just worried about them and thinking about going there tonight to…um…donate them this booster pack they asked about”, you said. A small beat of sweat striking across your forehead in anticipation…
Suddenly, a small but noticeable smile is going across your beloved partner’s face. S/he then says, “aw, you… Always thinking about others…. You are such a sweet guy/girl. I’m sooo lucky to be with you. That store is pretty pathetic. It’s sooo tiny. We should do whatever we can to support them, I agree, sweetie”
